1. Who can register to AvSoc Hub?
a) Only members of the UNSW Aviation Society (AvSoc) may register to AvSoc Forum
b) Exception may be granted to non-members of AvSoc by forum administrators.

2. Username requirements
a) Real Name must be use in account registration. User name must be in the following format.
(i) first and last name with no spaces (eg. "firstlastname")
b) Exception may be granted by forum administrators in exceptional circumstances.
c) Certain characters have been banned for usage as username. These characters are listed on NOTAM.
d) Forum administrators reserve the right of refuse account activation if members failure to comply with regulation 2.

3. One account for each AvSoc Members
a) Only one (1) account should be hold by each AvSoc Members.
b) Share usage of user account between AvSoc members is prohibited.

4. Content
(a) NO slanderous or defamatory statements.
(b) NO nudity, explicit, abusive, vulgar, obscene, threatening, harrassing content.
(c) NO unnecessary postings referring to race, sexuality, politics or culture.
(d) Members are expected to respect the views, beliefs, opinions and ideas of other forums users.
(e) Forum administrators reserve the right for applying general rules on AvSoc Hub.
(f) Forum administrators reserve the right to suspense the privileges of any user who violates regulation 4.
